On October 1, PECMHF welcomes everyone to a free community celebration at Base31’s Drill Hall. The family-friendly event will begin at 4:00 p.m. and include music by Pushbroom Tycoons, face painting, and an incredible selection of food from the Base31 Commissary. Remarks, including a project update from the architects, will begin at 5:15 p.m.
